Our aim is to streamline the healthy homes process to ensure certifications is achieved as quickly and simply as possible.
Initial Assessment
A Complete Maintenance Systems team member will visit your property to assess whether the property meets the healthy homes requirements or to identify any areas that require addressing prior to a healthy homes certificate being issued.
If your property is non-compliant
Best case scenario your property meets all Healthy Homes requirements, and a compliance certificate can be issued straight away.
However, if areas of non-compliance are identified Complete Maintenance Systems are able to provide an obligation-free quote allowing for an efficient resolution and compliance to be achieved.
Certificate Issued
If remedial work has been undertaken by Complete Maintenance Systems a compliance certificate will be issued as once this work has been completed.
If remedial work has been completed by an external supplier a Complete Maintenance Systems team member will return to site and confirm repairs have been completed to the required standard before issuing a compliance certificate.
